Growing up, I have moved a lot. I was born in Greece, and have lived in South Dakota, Texas, Arizona, and Tennessee. This has embedded a deep desire to travel, explore the world, and meet new people. But where it has impacted the most, is my family. I think since we moved so much, it required us to lean on each other more. No matter where we moved, how little we knew about the area, and the lack of friends we had, we always had each other. I am who I am due to my amazing mother, selfless father, and inspiring sister.
Thanks to my church community, friends, and fellow Young Life leaders, I have been able to witness true believers living their lives for Christ. It has allowed me to grow in God and find my identity in Him alone. I have no idea where I will be or what I'll be doing in within the next few months, but I know without a doubt I want to use my life to glorify God.
Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways, acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6
