so i've been doing research {google} trying to find good programs or anything really. haley {roommate} has P90X and i've watched her do it before, and it's just not my cup of tea. looks like a lot of muscle building/upper body stuff. but i've also been told insanity is better for the overall body? anyone used it? what do YALL do to stay in shape? i love food. can't seem to resist it. would appreciate some input! i'm only home for two more weeks--it should be easier when i'm back at school because i'm more active/have more control/do my own grocery shopping.
overnight hike in the fall--now that was a nice way to work out because it didn't even seem like exercise--oh well, time for bed can't wait for your advice!
yours truly,

I am exactly the same, its awful how un healthy i am. I have joined the gym recently and even going there for an hour tires me out but it does make you feel better and more energised. Swimming is a good way to work out and keep fit as well. Good luck :)
I am the exact way, but I tried the yoga part of p90x for 20 mins and I was about to die; isanity is harder, those two are really for people who are already "in-shape", i have the brazil butt lift video from the people who make p90x i tried it before and loved it, it does get hard but ur having fun doing it and its not only for ur butt, its everywhere~ but i have been super lazy and havent put it back in the dvd player, i just started walking everyday with my dogs and u will be suprised by that doing something...but i have this beginners workout plan i found on pinterest i am gonna do a post about it because i am feeling like u are..lol..but i can email it to you if you want just send me a email @ courtney.n.westwood@gmail.com :)
I am right there with ya girl! I try to make sure that I walk for at LEAST 20 minutes a day. I also had joined Weight Watchers for a few months. It taught me discipline and I learned about reading labels and saw how unhealthy the food I ate really was. I had to stop my membership cause I didn't have the money over summer but I am definitely signing up again in the fall. It's about $40 a month and I lost about 1-2 pounds a week.
Also, check out "Made to Crave" by Lysa TerKeurst. It's a really great companion guide to your weight loss plan. Google it cause the book has a website you can check out :)
